Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeetLoop web application and Chrome extension (the “Service”), operated by SF Grand View LLC (“LeetLoop,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

LeetLoop captures your own coding-interview practice and uses spaced repetition and AI-generated feedback to help you prepare for technical interviews. The Service is provided as a study aid; it does not guarantee any interview outcome or result.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are for individual use; do not share your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
• Use the Service to collect data other than your own practice submissions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Third-Party Services

LeetLoop is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LeetCode or any company whose interview process it references. The extension operates on your own LeetCode account; you are responsible for using it in compliance with LeetCode’s own terms of service. Company and product names are used for identification only.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Paid plans, when available, are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time through the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content and software, is owned by SF Grand View LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the practice content you submit, and you grant us the license needed to process and display it back to you as part of the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SF Grand View LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
